Damn it has been a good minute since I’ve been postin but no worries I was swamped doin shows and holdin down the 210! but I’m back!

Is 50 the biggest hater alive?! I’m starting to think the only way this kat keeps his carrier alive is by beefin with people just this year The Game, Weezy, Young Buck and theirs probably more I just can’t remember it all haha but now kanye

He’s just straight up dissin his new song and that shit is dope. Takin Hip Hop to a new level and keeping it fresh. I think hes still a lil’ angry about getting OWNED haha!

Kinda off subject but why was Kanye on the VMA’s? I thought MTV keeps the black man down haha

The Game Speaks on possible TV/Radio Carrer

The Game has apparently been swamped with TV and radio offers, pending his retirement after the release of his third album, L.A.X.

The rapper, who has repeatedly stated that his next album would be his last, says that he wants to spend more time with family and go into other business ventures.

“I’ve had several offers. I think, at the end of the day, I’ll end up in radio or TV doing something. Wherever it is I’ll be doing the best I can,” said Game.

Not included in those plans, however, is a potential reality show about him and his family. “I don’t wanna bring my family out into the world. Celebrity is hard and if you’ve got a weak stomach, you can’t handle it, man. It’ll break you down.”

“I’ll leave my family where they’re at, safe and far away from harm and all the bulls**t that this industry brings, and I’ll focus on myself and making as much money as I can so I can secure the future of my family forever.“

Say it aint so Game! Why does everyone gotta sell out. Pretty soon were gonna see the game on a Vitamin Water commercial or Baldwin Hills!

Lil wayne sued for copyright Breach

On July 24 Abkco Music Inc. filed a suit against Lil Wayne and Cash Money/Universal for allegedly releasing an altered version of the Rolling Stones‘ song “Playing With Fire” without permission. Abkco seeks unspecified damages for what it believes is the use of “a clear derivative of the Rolling Stones song with the original lyrics altered in a recognizable way.”

The song was originally a B-side to the single “The Last Time,” and it can be found on the 1965 Rolling Stones album Out of Our Heads. Abkco‘s argument centers on the original Rolling Stones lyric “But don’t play with me, ’cause you’re playing with fire.” The Lil Wayne song of the same name features a similar interpretation of the lyric, with Wayne saying, “But you can’t blame me if I set this stage on fire.”

Additionally, Reuters reports Abkco believes Lil Wayne‘s version, which is included on Tha Carter III, uses “explicit, sexist and offensive language” which could reflect poorly on their company and the Rolling Stones. Representatives for Lil Wayne and Cash Money/Universal have yet to comment on the lawsuit. Tha Carter III is currently the number two album in the country with RIAA certification of over 2 million units shipped.

50 Cent VS. Taco Bell

G-Unit frontman 50 Cent’s dislike of Taco Bell entered a new phase with a new lawsuit against the fast food giant. According to Reuters, the suit was filed Wednesday (July 23) in Manhattan federal court.50 Cent (born Curtis Jackson) accuses Taco Bell of “diluting the value of his good name” as well as employing a guerrilla advertising campaign to fool consumers into thinking he had endorsed the restaurant chain.

“Without seeking or obtaining Jackson’s authorization, defendant Taco Bell made him the star and focus of its nation-wide advertising campaign by using his name, persona and trademark to promote Taco Bell’s business and products,” according to court papers. The lawsuit is the latest chapter involving Jackson and Taco Bell.

In June, the Mexican-style fast food chain sent what the suit called a disseminating letter to the rapper, asking him to help promote its Hip-Hop-themed “79-89-99 Cent Why Pay More” ad campaign by changing his name to “79 Cent,” “89 Cent” or “99 Cent.”

The request did not sit well with Jackson, whose representative labeled the letter as “a sleazy and ill-conceived publicity stunt by Taco Bell’s president, Greg Creed.” “When my legal team is finished with them, Taco Bell is going to have a new corporate slogan: ‘We messed with the bull and got the horns,’” Jackson told AllHipHop.com last month in a statement. The rapper’s suit further accuses Taco Bell of using Jackson’s rap alias for the promotion without his permission as well as avoiding the multimillion dollar fee the rapper might have charged to use his name. In addition, allegations in the lawsuit note how Taco Bell’s letter was sent to Jackson after it was circulated to reporters.

“As Taco Bell intended, many customers believed that 50 Cent had agreed to endorse Taco Bell’s products. Indeed, postings on numerous Internet ‘blogs’ castigated 50 Cent for ‘selling out’ by his apparent endorsement of Taco Bell,” the lawsuit stated.

I know this movie came out almost a week ago but I just saw it yesterday.

This movie is dope!! This is the best comic turned movie ever! Heath Ledger’s role as the joker is phenomenal. From begining to end this movie is dope. If you haven’t seen it yet go peep it!

There was a rumor that Jack Nicholson was hating on Heath, suggesting that HE was made for the role as Joker. Heath has proved definitively that he TOO was made for the role.

I know this isn’t hip hop but damn I just had to post somethin on it!

15 year old Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus, posed topless for Vanity Fair with nothing but a sheet covering her breasts(?). This has reportedly caused outrage with her fans and the public, because no one realized Vanity Fair was a kiddie porn magazine. Coincidentally, Cyrus now thinks it was a bad idea. ABC News reports:

I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be ‘artistic’ and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed,” she said in a statement. “I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.”

Although she is only 15, industry insiders claim that Miley Cyrus wants to do more adult roles, and her pedo-riffic Vanity Fair shoot was just the beginning of her master plan. What’s next you ask?
